RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY IS STRICT ON THIS PLATFORM AS THE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD ARE AN INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS.
2). RETURN & REFUND POLICY
2.1).Crane Super Store is B2B E-Commerce platform & Business deals in Technical Products. As such Return of Products (Stores) and Refunds are rarely used phrases in the Business Deals and same theory applies with our Portal too.
2.2).Please do not place order on our Portal for kidding, checking and / or gaming activity that may result in Return of stores and asking Refund.
2.3).No Refund shall be done in any such above case. We shall not accept Refund claims and no litigation in such cases shall be accepted.
2.4).No Returns, shall be accepted / allowed / entertained when shipment of stores delivered is at par with Technical Specifications & in proper packed condition.
2.5).Shipment cannot be declined at the time of delivery in order to return, with phrases like –
We managed stores faster from other source.
Our management bought pre-used product from elsewhere.
We were forced to manage from other source as our work was held up.
We repaired the old damaged material and carried on with the older part.
We have not ordered the stores.
2.6).Return of certain Machines shall be denied when found in dismantle condition assigning reason for M-o-C, Make of Bearings and / or other components and conditions of Bearings and like other components. Customer & Merchant Vendor shall be introduced with each other to resolve such issues.
We do not take guarantee of the commitment of the Merchant Vendor for internal parts of the machine like bearings, oil seal, hardware, M-o-C of parts of assembly etc….
2.7).Operating Parameters of some machines have variation of %. Hence, no specific parameters are achieved perfectly. No return shall be accepted on the basis of such parameters.
For Example:
Speed of the machine is variable parameter and has deviation of 10% – 20 % due to Gear Box and Motors RPM
RPM of Electric Motor are variable from designed conditions.
2.8).However, Return of Stores shall be Granted / Accepted / Entertained when the case applied found to be very Genuine,
When shipment is different than what was ordered.
Technical Parameters of the Delivered Stores may vary or found different from that of ordered.
The Brand delivered is different than that was ordered.
Stores found to be delivered abnormally long time after the commitments (more than 30 days) and as such of no use at customer end.
2.9).REFUND OF PAYMENT: Refund of Payment shall be as follows in case of Clause No. 2.8 of RETURN & REFUND POLICY,
Within 5 – 7 working days, where scrutiny of the case is not required.
Within 7 – 10 working days, after the scrutiny of the case.
Shall be given in the source account only.
Shall be done 100 % and No Charges shall be deducted.
2.10).Charges for REFUND: In case of Clause No. 2.8 of RETURN & REFUND POLICY of Terms & Conditions
100 % shall be recovered from the supplier Merchant vendor. As it is his prime responsibility to observe the Healthy Shipment. Payment Gateway charges, To & Fro Shipment charges, CSS Administrative Charges.
