These spares are those, in absence of which Crane performance is affected.
Crane can not perform at its Best or Utmost Level of Performance in absence of any kind of Spares. Because EOT Crane is an Assembly of these various important parts without which Crane Assembly is in-complete.
Crane starts delivering problems like, Noising & Chattering, Mis-alignment, jamming, De-Railing, Cross movement, Slipping Load, Stops working etc....
Crane Spares include all the Hoist Spares, Brake Spares, Crane Control Equipment, Power Transmission Products, Prime Mover like Electric Motors and Lifting Tools & Tackles.

L Blocks - are the Bearing Housing Blocks assembled to Long Travel wheel for Friction-less running. 'L'-Block Bearing Housing consists of 'L' shape Block, Bearing, Bearing Covers, Lock Key and Hardware for fastening. Each Long Travel Wheel is fitted with Two Nos. of 'L'-Block Bearing Housing.
Changes are made in Bearing Covers depending upon the type of Long Travel Wheel - Driving and Non-Driving.
L T Wheels - Long Travel Wheels of Crane are Double flange Wheels. Configuration of L T Wheel differs as in which end Carriage Assembly they are going to be used.
Wheels for Open Reduction type End Carriage Assembly have Bearing Location within them only. This means Bearings are fitted in Wheels only.
Wheels for 'L'-Block type End Carriages don't have Bearing Location, instead they have Key-way to fit with the Driven Shaft.
