Crane Control Gears
Optimizing the Performance of EOT Crane & Electric Wire Rope Hoist through Crane Control Gears / Crane Control Equipments :
Anti Collision Devices are fitted on the Crane or Hoist to prevent the collision of Two Cranes or Hoists running on the same tracks and as such preventing accidents of Cranes or Hoists. Fro Two machines Two sets are recommended to stop both the machines simultaneously. If only one Anti Collision Device is fitted on one machine, then only one machine shall stop.
DSL Indicating Lamps / DSL Phase Indicators : are the Lamp fitted Bars to indicate that the Power Supply is on in the DSL Bus Bars. The Lamps are of Normally or Red, Green, Yellow and Blue in color. This indicators can also be used with other machines to indicate the power supply is on.
Push Button Stations : also called Pendant Stations, are suspended through Cable for Operation of Crane Or Hoist. Multi core Cable is used to suspend the Push Button Station. Pendants holds Buttons for various Operations like START - STOP / UP - DOWN / LEFT - RIGHT / FORWARD - REVERSE. Depending upon the Numbers of Buttons fitted on the Pendant, they are categorized as Two Way, Three Way, Four Way, Five Way, Six Way, Seven Way, Eight way, Ten Way. Pendant Boxes are made from various materials - Cast Iron, Cast Aluminium, Sheet Metal, PVC Enclosures, Plastic Molded Boxes etc. Now a days, Trends of using Plastic Molded Push Button Stations is very common, as they are sturdy in construction. They are available in Single Speed Operation and Double Speed Operation as required by Customer for Single Speed or Double Speed Crane and / or Hoist.
Radio Remote Controls : are Wireless Remote Controls as they are for your Television and Air Conditioners. Technology is little different. Radio Remotes works on Radio Frequency. Radio Remote Controls for Crane works same as that of Push Button Station for Crane or Hoist Operation but without Cable and as such Crane can be operated from any where on shop floor. However, this distance has limitation to that of 100 meters, 200 meters as demanded. Likewise, Pendant, RRC are also available in Single Speed Operation and Double Speed Operation as required by Customer for Single Speed or Double Speed Crane and / or Hoist. Apart from this many other features are available.
